  5. Review and Test: Before finalizing the SOP, have your team review and test it. Gather feedback and make necessary adjustments.

  6. Implement and Train: Once the SOP is ready, train your team on how to use it. Make sure everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.

  7. Monitor and Update: Regularly review and update your SOPs to keep them relevant and effective.

In the early days of my agency, we struggled with client onboarding…

Revisit your SOPs quarterly to review what’s changed, improved, or worsened. 

Some may no longer be needed, while others might need updating. 

This ongoing refinement will guarantee your SOPs continue to support your business's sustainable growth.
