Want to scale Meta without making more ads?

Same creative. Different face. Meta's new tools make the test easier to run.

At Nord Media, we focus on profitable growth at scale, we help forecast revenue, and contribution margin goals, then build the marketing plans to execute those goals.

This means full clarity on testing, scaling and improving profitability at every aspect of your funnel.

If you want a growth partner aligned with your real business goals, let’s chat.

Meta made three changes to its ad system this year.

Each got its own announcement, and on their own they look like normal platform updates.

Put them together and they add up to one move, right before Q4: whose name your ads run under now changes how they perform.

At its Performance Summit, Meta told advertisers you pretty much need a creator endorsement for the algorithm to convert well.

Over the year, its delivery system started favoring partnership ads and using the creator's own audience to find buyers.

Then a few days ago, right before Q4, it built its creator tools straight into the campaign setup.

Here is what happened and what it means for the plan you are building this week.

BFCM creates a scale tax. The process that works for 20 ads can become a bottleneck at 200.

It’s very common for teams to spend months thinking about creative volume. But they have a repetitive process that wasn't designed for creative volume:

Drive → download → Ads Manager → upload → select settings → paste copy → check naming → repeat.

BFCM is coming. And it is basically a stress test for those systems.

I’ve been looking at tools that can remove some of that operational drag to launch ads faster. Blip stood out:

- it bulk-launches Meta ads from Drive, Dropbox, or desktop- with templates, naming conventions and account settings applied- groups 1x1 and 9x16 assets automatically

Blip is a Meta Verified Tech Partner, built by media buyers who’ve spent $100M+ on ads.

Three Moves, One Direction

If Meta is building the infrastructure around creator identity, advertisers should start treating creator selection as part of media planning.

There are three pieces that matter.

First, Meta has been moving creators closer to performance advertising.

Its own messaging increasingly positions creator partnerships as a performance lever, while Partnership Ads let brands run creator content through the creator's identity rather than the brand's.

Meta's own 2026 Blueprint training now explicitly teaches advertisers how to use Partnership Ads to scale campaigns and find creators through Creator Marketplace.

Second, the Partnership Ad format itself is becoming a performance variable.

The delivery system appears to reward the partnership format itself.

The same asset can pull more efficient distribution for the simple fact that it runs as a partnership ad.

Third, and this is the fresh one. They made the whole process easier.

Days ago, Meta announced the global rollout of its Creator Marketing Hub.

Previously, creator discovery and Partnership Ads lived in separate workflows. Meta is bringing them together. The launch was also explicitly positioned around helping brands prepare creator campaigns for the coming Q4 period.

Platforms don't usually spend time removing friction from workflows they don't want advertisers using.

Put those three moves together and the implication is pretty straightforward:

Meta is making who your ad comes from increasingly relevant to how you run paid media.

Which means one of your most important Q4 targeting decisions might not be an audience at all.

It might be the face attached to the ad.

The Handle Is Part Of The Ad

When you run a partnership ad, Meta uses the creator's own audience as the starting point for who it shows the ad to.

So when you pick the creator, you have already picked the audience, before you set one interest or lookalike.

The same video run under two different handles goes to two different groups of people.

In one March 2026 update, Meta's own Partnership Ads data shows a 53% higher CTR and 19% lower CPA versus BAU ads in its cited 2022 meta-analysis of 15 advertiser split tests.

Other 2026 benchmarks point in the same direction. Creator-run ads versus standard ads: around 19 percent lower CPAs and 53 percent higher CTR in one dataset.

Whitelisted ads: CTR and conversion rates often 20 to 50 percent higher at comparable CPMs.

We ran this exact test in a past issue, the creator's handle against the brand handle on the same video.

What is new is that Meta's system now prefers the creator handle and just gave you the tools to do it at scale.

That Changes your Q4 Plan

If creator identity is going to be something you test, you don't want to discover your winning creator/creative combinations during BFCM.

Your creator roster stops being a content input and becomes part of your account structure.

And casting joins hook and angle as something you test on purpose, with its own column in the test log.

The creators you lock in by mid-October set up your whole November.

Lock them early and you own those audiences before the rush. Wait too long and you are bidding against everyone else at peak prices for the same creators.

The Q4 angles you were going to test anyway work better here. A gift-buyer angle or an offer-forward angle lands harder coming from a creator the audience already follows and trusts than it does from your brand account.

One note on timing. Black Friday week runs CPMs 50–150% above normal, the same jump we covered in July, so you want to test now while clicks are still cheap.

Then let November do what November should do: Scale.

What I’d Run This Week

1. Make a list of five creators whose audiences you'd actually want as a delivery seed.

Not five creators whose content you like. Those are different lists.

2. Send the partnership requests now.

Meta can remove the platform friction. It can't make a creator reply to your email faster.

Usage rights, approvals and negotiations still runs on weeks, and every day you wait is a day off your October runway.

3. Run the handle test properly.

Same creative, brand handle against creator handle, so the only variable moving is identity.

If you change the footage too, you have learned nothing.

4. Get the disclosure right in one sentence.

The Partnership Ad tag is your paid-partnership disclosure, and running the creative without it breaks FTC rules and Meta policy at the same time.

Meta told you where Q4 delivery is heading. Build the account like you were listening.

Are you confident in your current structure and plan for Q4? There's still time to get things corrected to ensure you have a record breaking Black Friday. Every brand we onboarded during Q4 last year is still a client today and they're growing more profitable then ever.
